I did. For most of my life.
Then, in 2022, the hero died. We had been married for 33 years.
After my husband died, people began seeing me differently. Within a few months, I was getting invited into conversations that mattered. People asked for my input on important decisions. They noticed and appreciated me.
It was like God had put my broken heart and broken brain back together in a way that let me express who I really am in ways I never could before.
